Industrial knives for the production of fast-moving consumer goods
Cutting solutions for a variety of packaging machines that process different packaging materials, such as OPP, PE, aluminum, and cardboard for packaging solutions that include flowpack, transwrap, sachet, wrappers, and pouches. Industrial knives are available for various cutting methods, including scissor blades and punching. For flowpack, there are knives with a wide choice of profiles, such as zigzag, sharp/slanted tooth, and facilities for easy opening and tear tape.
Material selection and production quality make all the difference here. For the industrial knives we make, we use only fully hardened materials such as hard metal and powder metallurgy (PM) steel. Thanks to these materials, reconditioning by repeatedly resharpening the knives becomes an option to help extend knives’ service life. We thus guarantee the longest possible service life at competitive prices.
We develop industrial knives based on OEM references or we design them specifically for your application and for packaging machines by manufacturers such as Tevopham, Fuji, Otem, and Bosch Packaging.
We offer cutting modules for rotational cutting as a complete plug-and-play solution for the production of high-quality packaging materials such as printed cardboard for luxury goods and foodstuffs such as coffee pads.
With cutting modules, too, material selection and production quality make the difference for cutting quality and service life. That is why we only use high-grade materials such as powder metallurgy (PM) steel. Special surface treatment (coating) is also possible as an optional extra.
Complete modules or rolling mills can be reconditioned various times without any loss of quality, putting reconditioning on a par with procuring new parts. This gives you an even longer service life at a competitive price..
